LoveProfusion it's because of posts like this (I've quoted above) that you should not watch these movies. Better than Deepika? are u kidding me? Biggest joke ever. Alia is nowhere near Deepika. What's next? She's better than Kajol, Madhuri or sridevi too?

Alia Bhatt has acted really bad in SOTY and really good in Haighway. Didnt see 2 states but liked her performance.

However, I think she has a really bad sense of fashion and style, she wears what she should wear 5 years later. She is lucky to start a career so early, she should wear her age.

Highway and 2 states are good movies definitely. But Alia is overrated. She has improved though.

I will give u my opinion Gaurav
Alia can act ,May be not in every scenes ,But she has talent watch few scenes in Highway and you will know what i am saying
She was way more better than Arjun in 2 States...She came across pretty natural onscreen in 2 states I really liked her in these 2 films ...Parineeti and Alia both are talented ,bollywood shall make more women centric movies and specially mainstream directors who shall give actress equal roles .In such a short span of time many people are taking her as an actress that is really good .
Both the films are actually diverse genres

considering she is only 3 movies old- she was effortlessly natural

and she can emote A LOT better than deepika! My opinion and I stand by it

Watch her movies! She definitely has talent. This coming from someone who mocked her a little after SOTY but didn't write her off completely. She was great in most scenes from Highway and phenomenal in 2 States (expressions, dialogue delivery and wonderful screen presence and she wasn't even wearing revealing clothes in most of the movie). 😊 She's gonna be big in the future 😛
I don't want her to be the next _________ (insert big actress's name here). She's Alia and she's doing exceptionally well as a newcomer 👏
