She'll lose weight and wear short clothes to compete because she'll stop getting roles.This was said a few months back, looks like we're all right. 😛

By the way, I do agree she shouldn't have made some of the comments she did, but industry people, media people, and lots of others have been commenting on her weight non-stop, and other actresses have mentioned Sonakshi's name when taking digs at her for her looks. She's human too, and I'm sure we've all said dumb things when we're angry or on the defense. I'm not saying the things she said were right, but any normal person would react after a certain point. She just chose the wrong words at the time😆

I think Sonakshi can do whatever she wishes to on the screen,be it exposing or being covered in 9 yards saree as long as she doesn't put down other actresses for their choices.

Its really not regressive or progressive thought but just changing their stance as per their convenience. Tomorrow if Sonakshi stops getting desi girl type of roles then she will lose weight and get into mini skirts in one sec.😆

But who said she stopped getting roles?

She refused Welcome Back, Gabbar, Sarabjit Biopic and Manti Ratnam film. It's not necessary that one only decides to lose some weight coz she stopped getting roles. It can be her personal decision. Or it can her goal to achieve something people said she couldn't
