There's nothing wrong with acne. It can be treated aswell.

I honestly don't think people find Ranbir unattractive because of his acne, which is very mild.

It's something else

I mean John Abraham had acne. You can see the scars but he was a professional model before Bollywood and he's mostly paid for his looks more than acting ability.

I also had acne in my teen years. Acne is treatable. On the topic I don't find him not good looking because of acne. It's because of other reasons but he's definitely not ugly

He is incredibly bland, as Syria has already mentioned. Not ugly per se. However, replace his skintone with a darker skintone and we will see how many fans still drool on him.

In my opinion, he is more bland than ugly. He has like zero sex appeal. You simply cannot muster the energy to think of him sexually. 😆
