Yes..I am a SidM fan..and I liked him a lot in HTP..according to me he has improved immensly..He was as brilliant as Pari..and Pari is one of the best actress of the current generation.. Individual Opinions dont matter..I am sure there would be people who dislike/hate even Robert De Niro and Meryl Streep..To fir Sid to kuch bhi nhi hai.😆.The only problem is where others' opinion is mocked saying they are "Kidding Themselves" for having a particular opinion.. 😳😵

You know, it's very easy for people to sit in the confines of their homes and pass judgement about other people's hard work. That's how society rolls!

But it takes tremendous amounts of courage to go into bollywood and try out, knowing that there will be millions of people who will mock you for your hard work, beforehand. #Respect for Sid-Mal and other new comers who dare to go out and try unlike others here especially in IF, who are experts in passing judgements and determining other's careers. Well, atleast these actors try.

I saw HTP for 20 mins and had to turn it off as his face annoyed me immensely.

he completely shed that larger than life hero iamge and convincingly sunk into the skin of the sensitive,awkward and struggling Nikhil..he was far less than perfect and the fact that he made viewers root for the underdog supports the claim Sid has shown vast improvement in the emotiong department from SOTY days...he was surprisingly effortless in many scenes with Parineeti,the girl who is said to overshadow every costar of hers with strong screen presence...I loved Sid's understated yest powerful act in emotional scenes as well...You are right! subtle and restrained performances are often tagged bad acting while hamming and plain overacting as phenomenal 😆

according to me he is much better actor than overhyped star kids varun and arjun...varun's over the top acting is cringeworthy🤢...and i find arjun wooden with those constant constipated expressions

Here toh ppl say Ranbir is an overrated actor who doesnt have any good performances to his credit,other than Barfi toh Sid kya cheez hai 😆...And its funny how some fans kinda gang up on Sid all the time... they consider him a great threat to their favorites! simple 😉 ..Jab log tumhare khilaaf bolne lage ... samajh lo tarakki kar rahe ho 😉

Varun was never called wooden. Also many non-Varun/Arjun fans had similar stuff to say about Sid. ALSO I don't see why you always bring Varun in it?

But hey, let it be. Ek Villain looks impressive. He might impress many or not. We will see.

absolutely agree...atleast he didn't play it safe in his second movie and chose to act opposite the best actress among the newcomers and matched upto her
