The rate at which Abhishek Bachchan is going around doing cameo roles these days (AB Jr doesn't like to call them guest appearances), very soon soap queen Ekta Kapoor will launch a film starring him called Kameo King Ka Kamaal.

His cameo credit reads Salaam Namaste, Lage Raho Munnabhai, Home Delivery, Hum Tum, etc, etc.

Abhi dear, we know you're flying high these days, but you should learn a thing or two from Daddy Dearest (he can make a guest appearance look like a full-fledged role).

We hear that Junior agreed to do a khaas appearance in Munnabhai Lage Raho because he had to marry a manglik girl in the film, with his family opposing the match. The role must've been soooo close to his heart, eh Ash?

Bhushan Kumar's T-Series has decided not to have a big music launch party for Shirish Kunder's Jaan-E-Mann. Bhushan preferred to launch the music quietly yesterday.

Producer Sajid Nadiadwala and Bhushan didn't want a big shindig because they wanted the music to speak for itself. And it is.

We already love Ishq Masoom Hai and Ajnabee Shaher. After a long time, Anu Malik has scored over Himesh Reshammiya. This is one album we highly recommend. But we're sorely disappointed by Don's soundtrack.

Whether it is Mujhe Pehchan Lo or the Yeh Mera Dil, the songs lack punch. Even Kareena Kapoor's seduction act is soooo thanda. If only they'd cast Malaika Arora in the song instead…

Pooja forgets her costume!

Wednesday was the first day of shooting for the Sony dance show, Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. The episode was being shot at Famous Studios, Mahalaxmi. On arriving at the venue, contestant Pooja Bedi realised that she had forgotten her costume at home in the suburbs.

There was panic on the sets as the call time was 11 am.

As it was visarjan day, it would take hours before someone could get to Pooja's home and be back for the shoot. Help came in the form of Pooja's dad, Kabir Bedi who rushed to the venue with her costume.

Now that's what we call being Daddy's girl. But really, at 40 plus, it's about time she grew up, eh?

Late Mukul S Anand's younger brother, Raahul S Anand, is producing Chhoti Si Duniya, starring Vinod Khanna and Suresh Oberoi.

The film will be shot in Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh and will introduce one hero and two leading ladies.

Raahul is dedicating this film to the memory of his brother whose ninth death anniversary falls on September 7.

According to Raahul, "Vinodji and Sureshji came together in my brother's directorial film Insaaf and the film was a major success. Now I look forward to pairing them together in this divine love story where they play important roles. It was Mukul's dream to shoot Dus in Kashmir and I shall fulfill it by shooting Chhoti Si Duniya there."

That telly actors Nandini Singh and Nikkhil Arya don't get along and shoot separately is a known fact. Nandini is also known for having a bad attitude and being unfriendly.

But the one actress with whom Nandini is seen bonding on the sets of Kesar is Nattasha Rana, who plays Rudra's (Nikkhil Arya's) mother Pam Mallya. And Nandini is often spotted sharing a joke with Nattasha.

It is interesting to know that Nandini can be friends with someone. Hope this is not the first and the last time we are hearing about Nandini and Nattasha's friendship. We also hope Nikkhil is not jealous of his on-screen mom's off-screen friendship with someone he can't stand!
