The thing with Ranbir is he's a natural. U can sense it in his acting. When I watch his movies I forget am watching Ranbir Kapoor. He's just the character for me. (Except some of his lamearse movies like Besharam, APKGK)

SRK used to be like that too. But nowadays when u watch a SRK flick, u know you're watching SRK and not a character. There were movies where he totally made u forget his real name...You just remember a Kabir Khan or a Aman Verma or a Mohan Bhargava. That's true acting.

As for Salman, well I'm not a fan so it'll sound biased when I say that the all his recent movies have been just that...HIM being HIM. He's not playing any character there. He's selling more of Salman Khan. That's it.

SRK, Salman, HR or Aamir's recent movies have been nothing but numbers. They're not being passionate anymore. It's like they've made a name for themselves and they're hoping that their name is enough to sell the movie.

Yes, it sounds harsh. Let's face it guys. We ain't getting any more Swades, Sarfarosh, Hum Apke Hain Kaun or Koi Mil Gaya anymore. It's Ra.One, Ready, D3, Krishh 3.

So, it's obvious that Ranbir with his smart movie choices will shine. And it's for that reason Ranbir's being hailed as those fancy titles they're calling him nowadays.

i dont understand star kid bashing all d tym ok bashing sonam kapoor is not bad considering she have no talent bash rk for his personal life but denying his talent seems delusion to me. he did so many versatile roles in short career. the man showed talent from his debut movie, people can hate but they should give him redit where it is due 🤓 he outshined every1 in rajneeti where actors like nana patekar ajay n manoj bajpai were present who r said to be acting schools😆

what about Besharam then? bad promos, bad music, obnoxious heroine yet the film opened @ 19 Cr at BO ... if this is not stardom then what is?

If you and other Ranveer fans accept that everyone had equal share in opening and weekend success then I would happily agree that Everyone, be it Ranveer or Priyanka had equally share in its aftermath failure...

Dude are you nuts...Gunday broke all february box office records, its no way not considered successful and many analysts are saying its a hit while others say semi-hit... It is not a joke to break all records of a month especially since it stars a 'newcomer'...

Someone said he was average in Rockstar? Ermmm really? Rockstar is watchable only because of him! And I have a friend who's a musician and I have seen what type of craziness the musicians possess. Ranbir made me believe he's a musician in Rockstar! He was sooo good! The movie was not all that great agreed but RK was awesome!!!

I would not compare his BO pull with the Khans but he's surely a better actor than the Khans. And that is coming from a SRK fan!

And Ranveer fans, give it a break! Stop trying to prove that RS has better acting skills and better BO pull desperately!

Ranveer's first critical success in his first movie, 4th movie has over 100cr nett collections (record), back-to back 16cr openings ( Gunday opening> Ram leela opening) , Gunday broke all time february box office record, remember he did all this in 5 movies, if we go by current trend i don't know how Ranveer isn't comparable to Ranbir, in fact Ranveer is catching up to Ranbir in an amazing pace and next year is certainly going to be interesting to take note of.

looks like Ranveer fans never have good points to prove his worth that's how they keep opening such bogus topics.

PC and Ranveer are not newcomers.. not by a longshot. And talking about breaking records for a month which by history is the one of slowest in terms of Bollywood releases - Aashiqui 2 with two rank newcomers became a blockbuster and the best trending movie since 3I acc to BOI. Please don't exalt a semi-hit film to something ground-breaking.. because it is not. Considering the pre-release hype that it was going to gross 100 crores it was actually a disappointment.

Oh please read my previous posts... It was a SOLO release and released on a record number of screens (3600) + Heavy promotions...the negativity actually interested more people to check out how bad it actually was.
