There is nothing wrong in copying others as long as she is not taking credit. Designers should feel proud that others are copying there dress, otherwise what is the use of designing one dress and nobody wearing that. This is just my opinion.

You guys do realize that more often than not, its the stylists who pick, choose and coordinate outfits for stars. Many a times stars don't even know till the last moment what they are going to wear, they rely completely on their stylists to do this job. Stars have a time crunch, hence they hire people to outfit and style them. Very rarely do they pick their own clothes and accessories. All they do is give a general mandate to their stylists on the designers they prefer, everything else is decided by the stylist and their team.

So if a star is supposedly 'copying' someone, its actually their stylist who is to blame, not the stars themselves.

Also, Deepika has never claimed to be a 'Fashion Icon' unlike some other so-called stars, hence even if she copies, its not a big deal. But stars who claim to know the A to Z of fashion shamelessly copying hollywood styles or not keeping a tab on what their stylists make them wear are the one who should be called 'copycats'.
