No..I dont hope he fails..but I have a feeling he will fail.😆.He is the next Imran Khan in the making..Bad Actor,Zero Originality..Not good looking..has a trademark road side romeo vibe..So basically nothing works..Lets see..All the best to him..😳

I like Varun because he reminds me of the Salman and Govinda of the 90s, Idk I kinda like that now! What I don't like is Varun only doing these kind of movies, I hope he balances commercial stuff and good roles too!

He just dances good and thats his plus point!

If he doesnt become orginial and if he goes on being like Salman or Govinda then he definitely gonna fail! Also his acting and dialogue delivery is rather weak

Only watched his first movie: average actor at best

Bad choice in movies

Yeah, I picked up that vibe aswell but not sure if it was the roles he was playing.

For me he was the only good part about SOTY, he performed better than the other two in that movie specially in his scenes with Ram kapoor , he was impressive.. A good dancer as well.

He is still new, his line up seems good, its all different type of roles.. probably its too early to judge..

He was just average in SOTY but his performance got hailed as his character was better written than Sid and Alia's..Rohan rick kid with a golden heart,trying hard to find acceptance in family,dad treating him as step son,classless BFF Abhimanyu and gf shanaya cheating on him,heartbroken rockstar..maximum sympathy evoked in audience 😉😆..Also Sid's dancing was so wooden and Alia's dialogue deliver was so poor that they made Varun look lot better lol.If u compare Sid's performance in HTP and Alia's in Highway they are on par with Varun as performers...they have different strengths as individual performers like Karan Malhotra said so you cant compare them

That said Varun's future projects like Sriram movie where he is paired opp Aishwarya(😲) sounds far more interesting than Sid's stupid chick flick movie with that kiddo Jhanvi as lead
