Filmmakers Krishna DK and Raj Nidimoru, who are due to direct their maiden Telugu film with Mahesh Babu in the lead, have bagged another biggie in Bollywood. The director duo is all set to direct Shahid Kapoor in their next Hindi project.

Apparently, the filmmakers narrated a script to Shahid in Mumbai recently. "Shahid loved their last film, Go Goa Gone and was very impressed with the narration and gave the nod immediately. It is going to be an action-packed film that will have Shahid in a hitherto unseen avatar," says a source close to the filmmakers, adding, "The pre-production work of the film is underway and it would go on floors soon."

Raj and DK,who shot to fame with the critically acclaimed film Shor in the City, are presently filming Happy Endings, starring Saif Ali Khan, Ileana D'Cruz, Govinda and Preity Zinta. However, it is not yet clear if they will start filming the Mahesh Babu film or the Shahid Kapoor starrer next. Keep watching this space for more details...
