Does Alia really look like a

A 12 year old? This statement is a HUGE exaggeration. She looks about 16, not 12. I've read loads of comments on here about Alia being paired with Ranbir/Ranveer would look odd because she looks too young etc. But the fact is that she's 21 and not 12. If DP can debut opposite SRK when she was 21 then why can't Alia make a movie with Ranbir/Ranveer. Madhuri made films with actors who were much older than her when she first entered bollywood. Its nothing new so why the fuss and hype over Alia?

Some people have said that its not her age, its more the age she physically looks that is disturbing or off putting. I find this explanation ridiculous. Because if the way one looked mattered more than an individuals age then I guess it would be ok for a 16/17 year old to make a movie with Shahid, Ranbir or Ranveer as long as she looked older than her age?

Everyone needs to get over how young the girl looks. I'm sure given the right type of makeup, Alia can easily look like a 21/22 year old.

This forum goes on beast mode towards one actor at a time. First, it was Kareena, then Katrina, then Deepika, then Ranveer. Now it's Alia's turn. It's a fad. I wouldn't worry about the hyperbolic statements.😆

i was about to ask the same thing... for gods sake she's 20 ... a lot of indian women get married at 20... so why is she always reffered to as a baby ? i personally feel its better for actresses to working earlier as women come of age quickly and dont work as long as the men .. ( kareena , pretty, rani) where as men continue to work as heroes past mid 40 s with women half their age.. what hypocrisy !

She looks like an 18 year old tops... nothing more than that...

Shradda Kapoor is 21, but looks older. When she was paired with ARK who is 28, she did not again look like a kid next to him.
