When you make a comparison, it's tend to end up like that. It's mainly Veer fans doing that getting butthurt when people say Ranbir is the bigger star now. Besides, as I said, I believe he's the better actor and showed it in his first film though it was not upto the mark. BBB was a rom-com as well and not really challenging either.

Every actor has a different journey, ranbir does have the advantage of growing up in the industry from one of the most illustrious families of Bollywood, knowing fellow actors and directors even before he entered the industry. Ranveer didn't have that. Ranbir has done twice the amount of movies and been twice as long in the industry, so as u can see comparing them doesn't not make any sense.

Let both of them go on their individual journeys, and hope that both succeed and do well.

Imran, AB jr and Shahid came from film families too, but Biru has overtaken all of them. One can't choose which family he's born into and Ranbir has created a different path for himself making unconventional choices as well. And yes, 3 years ago, it was Imran-Ranbir comparison and see where both are now. Ranveer has just started his career and probably has similar number of hits compared to Imran, Farhan etc so the comparison is useless.

You need to stop playing these outsider card all the time. Yea, like Tushar Kapoor is getting so many good projects. Ranbir is the first choice for this generation because he's the best currently. Simple as. He won 2 FF awards back to back this early.
