Yes the actress get paid less, but still 8 crore is not a small amount.. How much you can double your money if you choose to invest in real estate, gems (diamonds, rubies) & metal (silver, gold, platinum) etc etc..

The girls need not be bothered about a smaller pay cheque! Most of our bollywood beauties end up with rich husbands in anycase...it is the men, who have to keep earning more and more so as to always be one step ahead of their star wives spending spree!😆

Yeah, appearances can be any kind of appearance, including wedding. It depends how sneakily some celebs can appear in any wedding or birthday party.
