Well I think she did otherwise she wouldn't have marry him. Somehow I think Abhishek was her parents choice. And what is wrong with that. Don't we all girls want to marry into a good family, where you get respect and security and you get a faithfull and nice husband. And Abhishek got a beautiful, famous, rich wife!! So it works both way. Abhishek is lucky being a Bachchan!! Aish and Abhi have a nice sweet family together.

If he thinks she would have married him even if he was not Bachchan then he is delusional. Did he see how fast she left Vivek Oberoi as soon as he became flop.

Almost every Bollywood heroine out there marries either for money or status. Why else are there so many beautiful actresses married to fat fugly but loaded dudes? Don't tell me they all think beauty is skin deep. Either that or they die single. This is an unspoken truth. 😆

Yep. This marriage benefited Abhisekh too. Aishwarya is more popular and successful than him. So why just blame her for marrying him for his last name. 😆

If it was just financial security she was looking for, she had better options than Abhishek. Not that she needed it though, she makes big bucks herself and is ten times the star Abhishek is.

Abhishek is a genuinely nice guy, with a clean image and complements her beautifully. Plus he makes her laugh like crazy, she cannot stop giggling happily when she's by his side. And he doesn't cheat when most in the industry do. Why should she not marry him? There's not a single reason.

But yes, I'm sure she did make sure Abhishek comes from a good family (one of the reasons Aishwarya's parents did not approve Salman). Don't we all do that? Would you like it if your parents married you off to a beggar? Or would you seek something like that for your kids? No right? Because you want someone just as good as you as your partner if not better.
