By the way, what does Anushka say about Ranveer in that deleted scene? The video is unavailable in the USA.

It's disheartening to see how negative people are turning out to be. After seeing this episode, I still saw that same Anushka which I saw on that couch last time..there was no pretense. Yes, she doesn't LOOK the same but I'm glad I still saw bits of the Anushka I'm used to seeing. I think she's an amazing performer and I really hope her films do well so people can move past her face and focus on her work. She got work done on her face because of these same people getting to her...and seems like the criticism will only continue. Hopefully, Anushka can overlook on all of this, and just focus on movies.

Maybe it's because I like her as an actor but I didn't find her ugly in the episode..After I got used to her new face, she was just like Priyanka Chopra to me-a very good actor with a not so perfect face..shouldn't bother her anyway because she never was much of a looker..she looked decent for 90% of the show..but maybe I'm just being biased

@Ranveer's video-Karan asked are you in touch with him..she said we did 2 movies together..were constantly spending time together..people assumed we are together..now it's not like we are text/call but when we meet we talk..then Karan said now you're doing Zoya's film with him and she said yes..she didn't sound vengeful/hurt or anything

(watched it last night so I might have missed some details)

ETA-he also said that he thought it was nice of Ranveer to rank Anushka above Deepika specially coz those 2 are dating and what does she think about it..she gave a very hoon-haan type jawaab

Anushka is a very strong girl, but I just really wished she would have not listened to all those idiots who told her she wasn't beautiful...like have you seen her? She's one of the most beautiful actresses the industry has had and yet she went and slightly ruined her face :(

If the SRK of today is an acting benchmark then god help us. Katrina Kaif ko bhi acting benchmark bana dete hai..she is equally irritating as him in her films, if not less 😆 The SRK of even 5+ years back was a much better actor...but the one acting today is clearly amongst the worst we have.

is KJO in love with Anurag or what ? he seemed smitten or was that an act, egging him to win the hamper, favoring him in the quiz, flirting , touching his shoulder and back at the end part while placing the coffee mug on the shelf 😆

about Anushka, there's something off putting about the way she speaks ... its incoherent. People making fun of her surgeries, that's expected, when yr popular, people find ways to pull u down , nd u gave them that on a platter, what was the need for those surgeries, she looked pretty in her first film & she should have known bout the repercussions ... isn't the egs of Koena, PeeCee not deterrent enuf ...

It's kinda strange that KJO would delete the scene about when he asks her about Ranveer from the main show. Especially since she was actually good with her answer. But ofcourse coming out as if she is bitter would surely help her image out a lot 😡 and the ratings for his show.

Karan is doing so much favor to her.

Hellooo everyone !! Today I am here to talk about my lips !! Yes ! There ! I said it .. My lips !
As a person I find it difficult to talk about my personal life and hence have always maintained a low profile choosing to interact with you all on twitter with my random -mostly illogical thoughts seeming like the only thing I feel ok about ..that's just who I am .. But in today's time where PR stories and feeding people with information constantly or making appearances is a fad somewhere people like me get lost in translation or in this case translations !
Lately there has been a LOT of talk about me in this particular episode of KOffee with Karan . Mainly regarding my lips . I am here to just convey what I have to say regarding the same . I am talking about it only because this story has taken a scary direction and things have been 'blown out of proportion' ( pun intended ;) ) ...
For a short while now I have been using a temporary lip enhancing tool and that along with make up techniques ( I have learnt over the years) is the reason why there might be a change in the appearance of my lips. Having stated this fact let me very vehemently assure everyone that I have by no means gone 'under the knife ' or done any kind of 'plastic surgery' or undergone any intrusive procedure . This was my decision and was done for the sake of my look in my upcoming film Bombay velvet,a period drama where I play a jazz singer in the 1960's - 70's . And it was taken from the referencing of that time .

The drastic change in my appearance on KWK is due to lot of factors put together and not just my lips . Everyone goes through good and bad days. Did I think I looked good on the KWK episode ? NO . I do feel I could have done things differently .
To put the current conjectures and reportage straight once and for all from my end - I have said this before and am saying it again .. I do not believe in plastic surgery or any other means of unnatural permanent changes to the body . I do not support it or stand for it or recommend it .
Now if someday my legs appear different and sexy to you ! Please don't say I've done 'Something' ...
Oh ! And also ... Some of the 'joker' jokes/memes doing the rounds though a bit mean did bring a smile to my lips ;)
