More flops less investment by studio in future movies...

Spotboys/technicians don't have fixed monthly salary.Less hits means less investment in movies and it impacts their earning in long run than movie star.

You should listen to people like Aamir khan why BW people don't wish flop for another actors.

It's my hard earned money as well and I am spending it on the film. So why won't I choose to watch a shitty film at home for free when I know my hard earned money is not worth spending for the film?

Like Heisenberg said, its not a charity. You are talking about spot boys and technicians? Half of them aren't getting jobs because the producers are bringing technicians from abraod and South India. Spot boys in Mumbai suffer and they have to work in TV serials. Back up dancers suffer because the producers bring in Russian girls from abroad for their white skin. The back up dancers have to make a living doing stage shows.

I as an audience am not bothered about anybody else except for me. I'm this selfish guy who wants to invest money in watching a film and come out happy and satisfied. If someone has to feel bad for the technicians and spot boys it should be the big corporate producers who can share profits with the actors but not with the technicians. It's the industry who treats these technicians like they are nobody, or else why aren't they even allowed to speak after receiving the technical award(it's edited from the main show) and sometimes award shows don' even show the technical awards.

I don't care what Aamir Khan does or says. If he is bothered let him donate half of his fees and profit shared from Dhoom 3 to the technicians. But oh well, half of the technicians in that film were from abroad . Sad.

Flops impact more on the actor than the technicians and spot boys, industry is growing every year, last year was a good year, more and more movies are being made every year, piracy does hurt low budget films more than big budget ones, but as long as movies exist, you will need technicians and spot boys.

I have no sympathy for bad films like Jai Ho, bad movies should always flop.

Why do people even bother to watch a shitty film in the first place? You know the film is shit and you still want to watch it , why? Why not watch highly intelligent films that you like soo much? It is your wish what film you want to watch, just like it is other people money, if they want to waste it on shitty film or not, its their choice.. they work to get it, its their choice where they want to spent it.

And where are the people who always bash Salman for his crime? Isn't this is a crime as well?🤢 Where are those people who bash Salman for stealing from poor? Isn't this is call stealing as well? 🤢 Now i am 100% sure that those who were bashing Salman for the Saifa are the same who was celebrating the fact that those poor people money were stolen, hypocrisy 🤢

Huh..where did i say its only about Indian technicians??? More movies means more money for technicians/dancer etc etc...now you can debate about the pay and treatment but less movies means less work for technicians and it goes for any industry not just for BW>

As far as downloading a pirated and boasting about it...well good luck with that...i pray FBI don't send you a warrant to show up in court...and pay the fines. You can tell the judge then what you are talking here and lets see if he lets you go scott free. If you think people uploading pirated dvd copies within 2 days of a release are doing social service...i can't help with your thinking...piracy is crime not only in movie industry but even in college...if you ever attended one.

People like you will never understand something called intellectual property...not your cup of tea...copy in exams and pass...thats your mojo.

Wait... so you're promoting crime because you personally think the movie is shitty and crappy? Great logic. Next time, try upholding and honoring the thing which you criticize Salman so much for breaking; the law.

@Black- Because you are commenting in a topic related to Jai Ho. So it's pretty obvious for me to assume you are talking about Indian technicians.

@Blue- No. More money means more profit for the stars and more money in the pocket of the producers and the distributors. Once movie releases in the theatre, it's the distributors, producers and nowadays the actors who get money. Employment of technicians will be more, I agree but that will never result to more money for technicians and dancers. Have you every met an Indian technician before and asked how much he gets paid? It's very easy to say such things without knowing the reality.

@Red- Nope, at this particular moment, piracy will not stop Bollywood film makers from making movies because there is a large section of the single screen audience who still depend on the theaters to watch movies. They don't own a computer to download films from Piratebay and watch them.

@Green- I atleast will thank them because if I have to pay Rs. 250 every week to watch a movie at my local theatre, the guy who is uploading the pirated print is helping me spend less or nothing at all. It's the multiplex and the distributors at fault who charge such high amount for tickets for no reason. Most of them goes under entertainment tax and shit . Why should I pay entertainment tax to the Govt when I am just going to watch a movie at a private theater? And talking about the FBI, I am least bothered because I am not from the US. So I don't care what the FBI thinks and does. Anyways in India it's illegal to make and reproduce copyrighted work and distribute them, watching pirated videos online isn't illegal (as far as I know).

You seem to be educated about the laws in US and congratulations for that. But you need to realize the laws differ from country to country and I am doing no wrong by watching pirated movies online in India. (and yes there are colleges in India too so I must have attended one :) )

People like you will never understand something called intellectual property...not your cup of tea...copy in exams and pass...thats your mojo.

Pink- I don't need to. I know for one that it is illegal to reproduce something produced by another person and hence I never reproduce anything and claim it as my own. But I also know that if I am watching something which is actually a recreation/duplicate, I am doing no wrong. Otherwise by now most of the Indian audiences would have been arrested for watching Bollywood movies copied from Hollywood, passed off in the name of Inspiration. Please shift to some other topic to sprinkle your two-three cents of bullshit.😃
