Rohit Shetty with anyone has always worked at the box office. Why is she trying to give credit to herself for the BO hit? There is nothing special about her so called combination with Rohit. Replace her with any actress, those movies would have still performed the same way they did.

Johar is pretty much the most consistent friend with this story. She's blindly said yes to any film he's offered her.

After SLB's interview, it's clear that it's Kareena who changed her mind and took on GTPM rather than RL.

So that story of Karan bailing Kareena out with GTPM is false. It was actually the other way around.

All these actors were turning GTPM down and Kareena finally took it up.

No doubt, Johar probably told her, here's a guaranteed hit film, your combo with Imran's worked in the past (moderately), Ranveer is a newcomer, SLB's not really on his best right now, etc etc.

And Kareena jumped ships without even reading the script.
