Why was Meenakshi Seshadri so underrated as compared to Sridevi, Mads?

😕😲 I was looking at Meenakshi Seshadri's filmography and it is absolutely criminal she didn't get much more appreciation and awards for her movies. She appeared in 60 movies!! And had a 13 to 14 year career. Came with all the popular heroes of her time - Sanjay Dutt, Anil Kapoor, Sunny Deol, etc.! And even did movies with Rajesh Khanna and Amitabh Bachchan. Why isn't she considered in the same vein as Sridevi and Madhuri? Her filmography is just as strong. Plus, she lives in Plano, Texas with her husband and children living a quiet life. Did you like Meenakshi Seshadri and why did Bollywood not give her the same importance as other leading heroines of her time? 😒

She was in top 3 during 80's. Number 1 sridevi 2nd jaya pradha and 3rd was meenakshi. My all tym fave is sridevi but i adore meenaksho too. 80's top 3 actress were so gr8 actresses and so natural beauties n awesome dancers. Her performance in damini is just awesome n p.s. Mads was in 90's she was no where in 80's to these actresses

madhuri always remained famous for her dances not acting. Meenakshi damini movie is considered the most iconic women centric movie after mother india which speaks volume.

Meenakshi wasn't underrated - she was appreciated for her role in Damini but she didn't do anything else that was noteworthy. Besides she was super bland and boring.
