Well Ranbir proved he is a successful actor and star..He is like Amir ...He doesn't fit for pure masculine characters. 😆 Coming to calling him superstar and equal to Khans is bit OTT, coz all of his successful films have either top/successful heroines, top/successful banners/Strong script(i.e. Strong technical team). His films flopped with new actresses/weak scripts..He still didn't carry a medicore film on his shoulders and has to give successful films with new actresses.. 😆 Opening day collection has more screens than others, if you bring this topic...For me he is as of now exactly like Amir where their movies work strongly depend on technical team ... 😛 Unlike Khans as of now Ranbir doesn't have serious threat from his age group, so he didn't have to share movies with others..But he has more advantages on his side like Directors/Producers/Top Actresses/Media.. 😛 Khans are getting old, so younger generation has to evolve, so Ranbir has advantage here also..He is gr8 actor but he is surely beatable.

Coming to Ranveer, He is more versatile ..He has physical advantage(not body building but overall structure ) than RK for masculine roles..He fits for both soft and masculine roles...He fits for Dramatic, Comedy, Romance, Emotional, Negative. He is a mix of SRK and Salman.. 😆 He is energetic but at the same time he equally fits for soft roles..He has more disadvantages than RK in technical dept like Top Directors/Producers/Scripts where he won't get those opportunities for him..I think it takes time for him to get those opportunities but he is definitely in RK's range in Acting/Dancing/Screen Presence..He needs to tone down his offscreen OTT a bit and promote his acting in promotional events than his co actors which is why his acting is taking back seat and other activities are getting highlighted.. 😆

As per me yes Ranveer will challenge RK in a big way. These two are going to battle like how khans battled in past. Remaining new comers give hits based on production houses, they seriously don't stand near to these in terms of acting.. 😛

ranvir for a long had no competition plus his love life put him on the map. for me watching his 1st few movies he was simply good for me and nothing great, nothing to inspire me or made me feel excited thats why i kind of just stuck to watching salman and srk movies coz i didnt have an alternative. Than i watch varun and i am a little impressed coz u can see that there is something about him that is different and he has potential but he is just 1 film old so there is a question mark about him and whether he was as good as i think he is or was it just the awfulness of the movie made him seem more good than he actually was. but than i watch ranveer and i am simply amazed i watched lootera and ram leela this guy from the way he walks to the way he talks to his expression to his dancing screams superstar he is in a different sphere and there isnt a doubt in my mind that he is not just the next best thing but he is the ultimate performer . there is a hunger in his performance there is a rawness and innocence in this guy that makes me excited for the future of bw. the only thing that i do worry about is that the media seem to somehow want to make ranbir seem the ultimate superstar and are more biased for him and they hardly have anything good to ever say about ranveer. ranveer has alot of things against him and to not just be a superstars he cnt lose focus and just work; work; work the way that ranvir has done these pass few years. but neither ranveer or ranbir can think that they are the ultimate stars of bw. coz there are extremely talented stars around theres varun, arjun who has alot of potential but he has alot of work to do. than there is ARK he was amazing in aasihique bt the only problem with him is that he has worked with big stars before bt hasnt made as much as an impact as the way he did in his sole film so again question mark about him. bw is definitely exciting with all these new stars

Absolutely, just saw Shahid 2 weeks ago and gosh til now i'm still amazed by how incredible he is. Brilliant actor!.. Much better than those over hyped new kids, at least IMO. Sad to see his talent still unrecognizable here based on many posters were getting confused by his name and Shahid Kapoor movie.

I'm really looking forward to Queen because of him. He and Dhanush are the ones to watch for me this year..

Yeah..the guy is a rare example of effortless actors..I loved him in Kai Po Che too..And Shahid is the best piece of work along with Lootera in my opinion in 2013..Dhanush is another super actor I agree..Ranjhana is a must watch just because of his acting..

I haven't watched Kai Po Che so i don't have an opinion about him in this movie. I'm going to watch it this weekend thanks to torrent 😆 Dhanush is Dhanush, no one can't ignore him despite many people said he's ugly etc before Raanjhaana's released. I would rather watch Dhanush's movie instead of watching SOTY kind of movie, anytime anyday..

Ranveer actually has in depth knowledge about filmmaking, he had given one heck of a brilliant interview for German magazine where he entirely did talk about RamLeela and Lootera, he didn't speak anything out of context in that IV..

He is actually very intelligent and he knows where his every step takes him to. I can understand his antics with relationships as they give him boost, but he entirely forgets to highlight his acting skills in the process. 😆 Being funny is ok but most of the time he goes overboard..For ex, He promotes his relationship with Arjun in Gunday promotions than his acting and his character in that film.. 😆 Even though I don't like how he promotes his co actors by sideling himself I still can understand his promotional tour about actresses as they equally give boost for him but what's the need to promote Arjun instead of promoting his own acting. He has even worst PR team.. He has big hit, I haven't seen his team cashing on that, all I see is negative articles even after that big hit.. 😆 Ya he can be in himself and yet cut down unnecessary OTT stuff, then he surely has chances to get good opportunities..

But he is very smart and he knows what he has to do.. 😆 I like him though.. 😳

Ranveer hasn't given a big hit on his shoulders. even when Ram leela released, Deepika padoukone had already became a huge star...and her performance was more well received than Ranveer...despite Ranveer having a strong character and screen presence. Ranbir has given HITS on his own merit. Barfi, YJHD, rockstar, rajneeti, wake up sid..

Well I am really a big fan of both actors, I just hate comparing both of them.
