I dislike her A LOT back when she debut, cause my immature side that time rooting for Sonam hahaahhaha and later she dated my fave newcomer actor Ranbir (again, that time), makes me even dislike her, I even glad they broke up...woops😆

ok back to her work, then after OSO some of her movies didnt impressed me that much, she looks awkward, then I never even bothered to watch her movies again until I saw Ram Leela, so intriguing (my friend actually told me to watch it, forced me 😆 ), so I watched and BAM 😲 AMAZED by her transformation, how can she be SO GOOD!!!! the rest is history I became a fan, her latest few movies, she stole the scenes from her co-stars

mmm as for her with Ranbir on YJHD, I agreed with many ppl, their chemistry indeed amazing, though I no longer fond of ranbir, but their equation confuses me 😕 I cant even tell between Real and Reel 😆 it feels so believable, I guess that's when I realized she really did good job (well,him too) 😉

hope she'll keep giving us good movies and great acting 👍🏼

It's nice to see DP getting accolades after being called unlucky, Panauti ... she surely has come a long way! She has improved a lot and is very hard working... hope the awards and success inspire her to select her future films judiciously.

I liked her in OSO because of her beautiful face, I thought she have a pretty face, but don't know the basics of acting. Another girl in Bollywood to do flowerpot kind of roles. I liked the chemistry she shared with Ranbir, so I watched Bachna ae haseeno, but after that I avoided all her film till Cocktail. When I watched Cocktail I realized that she learnt to act. She was too good in Cocktail, truly a transformation from non performer to performer. I will not say that she is an excellent actress , but she changed for good. She can impress the audience if the director is good. I am a fan of her hardworking nature. Now she is an actress with pretty face , acting talent and an impressive dancer.

I have quite a different opinion than many here😆 Unlike others I had a girl crush on her since her entry in OSO.. 😳 I found her mesmerising and had a gut feeling that she would make it big! And I am glad she stood up to my expectations!

And with her hardworking and humble nature she has a loong way to go! 🤗

Overrated right now

She has really improved now, is a good actress. But the way Deepika is heavily praised like she is some great actress..I just can't digest it

What's with the emphasis on Cocktail. I am surprised her fans didn't like her in her previous movies. Just because those movies didn't do well, many never paid any attention. She was good in many previous movies especially Lafangey Parindey and Aarakshan.

Anyways, I don't think she's brilliant when it comes to acting, but she has come a long way since OSO. She has created a brand of herself and that is commendable.
