Right from Wanted, Ready, Bodyguard, Double Dabbang and Ek Tha Tiger, he has been giving the same type of films where he plays rowdy rough character, most of them are policemen, and only Ek Tha Tiger he was a bit slightly different, other than than all his roles had same. Jai Ho is no difference.

The trailer was just nasty and not good enough, I feel jai Ho will flop.

Almost all the top actors of BW keep on repeating themselves after a few successful movies. They make a certain type of fans through those movies. & when they try to move out of that genre, fans don't appreciate it, movies tank, they are forced to go back to the tried and tested genre, they keep on doing that type of movies till their fans get bored. Then a few more flops, they re-invent themselves & attract a new type of fans. Then the same cycle continues.

I love salman and I wish you were wrong but yes your right he he highly repetitive and isn't branching out. He can do a lot more wish he would do something NEW a NEW GENRE

His investors are getting richer and his fanbase is growing by the day. Who cares if he's repetitive.

The day his films stop working is the day we can truly complain to Salman about making an effort to do something different.

Yes he is repetitive. Jai ho may not be critically acclaimed but sadly his fans will pay money to see him do the same thing he has done in his previous movies.
Therefore salman will keep on making these movies bcuz all he cares about is making money rather than making something different.

You're right Mogli and sadly only very few try to do different types of movies like Aamir, Ranbir etc when it comes to male actors

The last Salman Khan movie I liked was Phir Milenge I think. His acting was sensible although it was a supporting role and that was a nice movie. He has such a huge fan base and I highly doubt he wants to change the BO formula now

When he tried Sth different those movies never worked at BO and even his career best performance tere naam was not a clean hit so can we really blame him for being repetitive? These masala movies are obviously being liked by audience and that's why they are earning money
