Can BW make a Magadheera & turn that a blockbuster?

I didn't include Hrithik or other older and established heroes, because Ramcharan was probably two-film-old when he acted in that movie. If a two-film-old guy from south can turn a big budget movie a blockbuster, why can't a BW 2 (Or 8)-film-old guy?

Saw the movie few hours back on Max. I'm really impressed with the movie & Cherry.

If it is the former, then maybe yes. If it is the latter, then no, they will need a bigger star. Ranbir, Ranveer, Sushant etc. do not have that kind of starpower to carry a mediocre to crappy film on their shoulders and yet make it a blockbuster hit.

Not a masala, Niki. It was like Benhur/Gladiator/Prince of Persia with reincarnation & modern love story added to feed Indian audience.

it will be a big mistake tat BW will do if it remake this classic

who will play sherkhan's char

who will suit for the negative role so perfectly

who will be the director who can direct the movie with such dedication as rajamouli

Well Ranveer would definitely suit the role! He has the rawness of a soldier in him. But I'm worried about the director more. I pray that Prabhudeva does not direct the movie!

If Only S.S Rajamouli is the director

Only Hritik comes to my mind and Ranveer will also suit the role but The Director should be ONLY Rajamouli

hello.. yes i remember..

i actually dont watch telugu films, but watch several south flicks only if they interest me..

i already know how much iconic Maghdheera is for Ramcharan and the whole fraternity there.. the film was amazingly made, and Ramcharan cant believe he chose zanjeer to debut here 😕

see i give the entire credit of this film and any success it receives to rajamouli...he proved himself as a capable director even b4 and after magadheera with eega and stuff but ram charan didnt prove himself to be a capable actor after magadheera...

so i think the fact that we can consider ram charan to be a good actor in this film is purely rajamouli's genius because the guy is an expressionless wonder in other films of his...

and also, the reason why the film became such a huge success (biggest commercial success in TiFi) was partly due to chiranjeevi's massive fanbase which passed on to ramcharan after he retired and went into politics...fans down there literally go beserk if there is a good movie starring their fav superstar..TiFi is wierd that way...the father's fanbase is automatically somehow transferred to the son...😆

anywayz...the film is a good masala movie and i love the 16th century warrior flashback sequence...and i can totally see ranveer pulling off the roles of a modern day guy and a 16th century warrior...
