Mumbai: A Mumbai court has ordered fresh trial in a 2002 hit-and-run case against actor Salman Khan.

The actor, who is being tried for culpable homicide not amounting to murder, had asked for a fresh trial.

The court has said all evidence and witnesses will be re-examined.

The court had earlier ordered that Salman Khan be tried for the more serious charge of culpable homicide not amounting to murder instead of rash and negligent driving.

I have heard this trial is very serious one .if prooved guilty he will go to jail for 10 years

just imagine if salman goes 20 years to jail. When he returns he will be almost 60. Katrina will be married to ranbir and have 2 kids. Ashwariya will have 2 more kids. His nice and nephws will be hero or heroine in movies. And in 60 how will he get married and have kids . He might actually remain eternal bachelor
