I think she chose Katrina air hostess as its a girly job and to impress guys by her so called looks!!

Whereas she considers deepika more competitive as a pilot considered a mans job though thats a stereotype !!

Or she might have meant that Katrina is beautiful and glamorous and Deepika is more suited for jobs that don't require beauty or charm.
