They both in fact every actor should be careful of what they say especially not to degrade their jobs or the people who are responsible for their pay cheque. It's sad when one expects viewers to watch something in which you as an actor do not believe in. I wish Saif and Kareena never commented on not watching their movies bit. Just my pov

When a guy working in commercial hindi cinema says he doesn't watch hindi cinema but appreciates movies made in other industries , it is but natural that he would be judged by the audiences.
Best thing would be to stop repeating the same old thing in each of his interview and star in better movies than Agent Vinod or Race 2. Let his work do the talking.

it either way, they shouldn't shit on the industry they work in. Occassionally watching some movies here and there wouldn't hurt. I mean at least watch the good ones like The Lunchbox. I don't know why but for me it makes it seem like they're too good for BW or it's not up to their standards.

Did someone tell him that making stupid statements is the way to go? Saying we don't watch Hindi films is like insulting their own profession/work. I never followed his interviews from before. Did he always sound like this or is his wife rubbing off on him a little too much?

Omg, phantom sounds like AV part 2 lol. He's excited about the locations where they are shooting and not the content. Maybe it will become travel agent vinod 2.
