Chennai Express was disappointing? What did you expect from a Rohit Shetty film in the first place? 😆

CE was fun to watch. GTPM... I toh liked it.
Race 2 was deffo a dissapointment. OUATIM... didnt even think of watching it. SDR & Matru... ufff terrible!

Race 2.

I was disappointed by these three films.

ETD - Don't get me wrong, it's not a 'bad' movie as such and I liked the first half very much, (Konkana rocks!) but I somehow felt if the second half had been written a little better then the film would have been awesome and a class act! The idea of using the folklore of 'daayans', was excellent, and they used it well in the first half- they didn't just follow up the story that well in the second half.

CE- I had planned to watch this film on TV during the world premiere and I did.. for the first 30 minutes that is. I didn't watch it after that. This is the first time I've left a SRK movie mid-way.

Nautanki Saala- This movie was boring. It didn't make me laugh at all! The acting of the female lead was baddd and she looked old, no freshness in her.

Regarding Ghanchakkar- I was excited about this movie but later didn't watch it when I read some of the reviews, especially public reviews. But now I'm thinking of watching it- after all SDR also was disliked by people but I ended up liking it and so did the critics who liked Ghanchakkar, so I might as well give Ghanchakkar a chance too. I guess these films were the sort which generate polar reactions.
