What does it mean by running in UP without a name? Then how are people buying tickets for RL?😕

The dates for release ect are decided much in advance and I think by the time, KJo had fixed upon a date, he probably had no idea that RL would turn out so good...he would have realized it only when the first trailer had released and then also, he would have been fine...but as the buzz kept increasing, he would have realized it too late, that they were releasing GTPM at the wrong time!

Besides, why just blame the timing of the release? GTPM was an average film and plus the promotions were pretty low-key for a Dharma production! I don't think it would have done very well under any circumstances, but coming in the wake of RL's craze, it got totally demolished!

guys can we please not mock GTPM or any other movies business in the thread...those discussions can be done in their respective threads...

somehow we are labeled as fans who cannot hear anything bad about RL and I really did not like that one bit!!

Box office numbers are relative..no 1,no2 no3 is given to each film.

Which film does well in what region.

is the release date optimum.How many more screens does a film hold.

There will be several comparisons in the thread

I understand that you2..every BO site will report in comparisons and its impossible to avoid it..

and trust me I am not blaming anyone at all..just that label of blind fans or obsessed fans is not acceptable to me

I have followed so many films since its inception on IF and by far RL threads were the most positive and we all had a great time interacting with each other...I want to keep it that way 😳

I agree with you fully! RL is the only film that I have followed and supported in IF till date...and one of the biggest reasons for it was that I loved the general positivity in the thread and the fact that we did not get personal with other members, even when provoked.

There have been exceptions yes, but overall, from what I could see and observe, RL thread / fans were pretty reasonable!

So it does rankle, when we are all categorized under the same 'blind fan' category...which is not true...but even if there is one exception to the rule, everyone does get blamed.

Just glad that the film is going to touch 100 Crores...this is more than what most of us expected!👍🏼
