I don't think 16-17 cores is a not good opening at all for such a hyped film, this film was awaited for almost 2 years. Most successful franchise on par with Dhoom series. Plus this film has got 4000 screens. It has got hrithik roshan, who is a superstar.

Something went terribly wrong --Pre diwali I think

I really hope this estimate is wrong, atleast around 20 core would be good

There will be no records for Krrish 3 as the early collections show the film has been hit hard by the dull pre-Diwali phase. The collections in areas that normally get hit on Diwali are coming in very low while other areas like Mumbai and South India are better.

The film will not get close to a non holiday opening day record as Delhi/UP, East Punjab, Rajasthan and CI all record low numbers which is the norm for Diwali. The collections in these areas will not do much until Monday.

When the first day number comes in it will look very low to the naked eye considering the hype of the film and what other big hyped films have done in the past but that is the risk you take when you come with a mega film like Krissh 3 in a period like Pre-Diwali.

A film like Krrish 3 should be pulling in the initial numbers but now shockingly a film like Krrish 3 is dependent on reports not spoiling its Monday business which is when the dull period will be over but it will be the 4th day of release for Krrish 3.

its not only me but many critics are also blaming him for writing some W*F dialogues and making a shitty movie!

aren't the directors blamed when the movie is not made right?

Actually im not taking it personally , was someone to say the same on aamir or dhoom 3 i would state the same !! As aamir and hrithik are the same to me!!

Btw the move as a great script and reviews been good, WOM IS GOOD, Early morning shows opened well, and masand a harsh critic gave it high marks!! Hrithik acting appreciated etc...

And it was Hrithiks starpower that the early morning shows that it did exceedingly well!! But pujas harmed the later shows!!

Ohh oke. that is too bad, hope it improve the reviews are good right. But i think the movie should have better songs.. than it has now. Would have helped a lot!
