Playback singing outdated in bollywood???

i haven't seen any singer actor successful duo in bollywood in these years...after Shahrukh khan with Sonu Nigam ...Salman khan with Sonu Nigam ...Udit Naryan for amir khan .Udit Naryan for srk kind of playback hit duo ???? is it really have become outdated these years ???? now any one can sing for any one no matter voice suites actor or not

Finally many more singers are given the opportunity to sing playback today!

Back in the 90s there were just 3-4 male singers, and about 6 top females.

i agree it actually have become out dated but for a fact playback singing have changed now it doesnt matter dat a singer suites on the actor face or not its more of commercial singing now a days people come and go and as the matter of fact now singers doesnt even need to learn singing softwares in the studios make dem sound good dats why every other person is singing now a days the new technology have a bad affect to as shuwkinder singh said if we dont stop music directors to use softwares in recording studio no authentic good singer will be born

back in the earlier days only those singer got chance to sing who were trained in classical now with advent of technology many new are getting chance even if they cant sing properly their voices can be modify in softwares

its good this way, more variety of voices get chance now for playback. earlier we were stuck with lata-asha then with alka-kavita. thanfully today we have more singers more different tonal quality of voices for heroes and heroines.

Shreya and Kareena? Teri Meri, Yeh Ishq Hai, Zoobi Doobi. Kareena has given the biggest hit songs with Shreya's voice. Shreya's voice suits her too. :P

I would rather agree with (iambest) comment or who ever ur name is lolz :p with technology and software editing many new voices are comming who can be called as amature singers who can not perform live same happened recently with sun raha hai na tu male singer ankit tiwari he misserbly failed to sing his own song on live stage saw on youtube

No i guess kareena kapoor had her major songs sung by alka yagnik like refugees Aisa lagta hai , panchi nadiyaan pawan ke jhonke, mere humsafar, taal pe jab , bole curiyan bole kangna , chamkti shaam from yaadien , u are my soniya etc
