Actually Jazz is the only role that she got right & did not irritate my heads off!! That's not saying that she did any awesome acting or it needed any! So yeah, for once the above actresses do not fit that role! And sorry nothing iconic about being a NRI with an accent! Now if one of these actress had performed & nailed the accent, then it would be iconic!

lol shreya defo not iconic or anything of that sorts.. yes according to me she was well cast in the movie but that does not imply that none of the actress could have pulled it off..PC might have been able to...

@ksh... I wouldn't say jazz was an iconic character... IMO, kat hasn't done any iconic role as yet...someone mentioned her item songs- Sheila and chikni chameli - I agree with that member - she's more remembered for her outstanding dance in those songs than she is for her roles in her movies.

so my answer would be some actresses could, but not all... I think PC and Bebo had more chance of being able to do the role than say DP or Sonakshi - maybe even Sonam could do it...but defo PC and Bebo - bebo is very versatile - if she can do a POO (K3G) she can do a Jazz

The character Jazz was supposed to be born and brought up in England and dunno what Kat's accent was in that- some hybrid one but definitely NOT british, people do not talk like that here. Just saying.

Accent aside, Kat still fell very short... pretty abysmal actually.

Only role in which she was perfect was ZNMD.

Kalki definitely has pulled off the accent well ala DevD but would be a misfit otherwise.

i recall Upal having a british accent but not Kat.

Her non-acting paid off in that movie. she fit the role of a confused girl.

In reality it was easy role for her . Anyone from anushka sharma to zarina Wahab could do it

I like Katrina especially in comedies like APKGK and mere brother ki dulhan but this role was quite easy
