Kareena Kapoor To Play Akshay Kumars Wife In Gabbar?

Kareena Kapoor Khan has not let her married life affect her career at all. The actress is constantly being roped in for humongous projects due to her startling persona that refuses to wear out even after years of being in the industry. A leading daily reported that the actress is apparently going to be roped in for Akshay Kumarstarrer Gabbar that is to release on Independence Day in 2014.

Telegu director Krrish is all set to remake A.R. Murugadoss' Tamil flick Ramanaa and the venture is being produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. With Akshay being in the lead role, the film's makers wanted an interesting pairing for tit. Kareena semed to them as the most suitable actress to play the role of Akshay's wife in the film.

However, the film is still in pre-production and the leading lady hasn't been finalized yet. But Kareena Kapoor is surely the most preferable choice of the makers for playing the female lead opposite Akshay in this one
