She had good moments but she totally looked like a fool. But then again Letterman is always slightly mean towards foreign actors. He did the same thing to Gerard Butler and some other Australian actor.

Either way, I think coming off that up tight on a show a lot of Americans watch isn't a good idea. She should have been more chilled about it. Moments like these give her detractors a chance to say she's arrogant or a snob when she's really just getting peeved about stereotypes.

Letterman was an idiot, Ash totally told him off, good

As for her accent, I will take her accent ANYDAY over the horrible thick indian accent. No offence to anybody but I rather have these fake accents than Indian ones.

Had she spoken in an indian one, you guys would make topics and made fun of that too so there really is no winning.

She was normal on Oprah b/c hello! It's Oprah. Plus, Oprah more warm about these things.


But she was totally defensive on Letterman b/c he kept stereotyping and generalizing and also b/c I don't think she understands his humor. She needed to chill out more. I'm a huge fan but that interview was hard to watch at times...she had some good facial expressions though.😆
