You answered your own question. Lipo is used to remove fat deposits from specific areas of body to contour and tone it whereas Lipo can't make you lose 1/4th of your body weight. Uniform weight lose usually means dieting and exercise.

they look the same to me!

what did the blind item state? I didn't read

I feel its aishwarya- why are people missing out on her- she is the strongest contender here with the recent weight loss and the news of her turning size zero with hubby in forthcoming movie!

like her career ever depended on sporting midriff showing

clothes with a flat belly. or endorsements for beauty products.

The actress mentioned is not only 'recently married' but also known for her 'talent'

Not just that, but Kareena hasnt been outta the limelight recently either.

She was all over the place just a month ago for Satyagraha, and is seen on and off events launching Filmfare or Gori Tere Pyaar Mein trailer.

I feel like this blind item is full of hot gas. And is purposely throwing people off by mentioning some traits that might hint Vidya and some that might hint Kareena.
