Calling it YC's "birthday bash" just seems so wrong...

"birthday bash" just gives it a celebratory connotation..which does not seem appropriate for a dead man's Bday...

cant they call it like a YC remembrance day or something decent like tht to remember and appreciate him and his work...?

On topic: Kajol's stand against YRF didnt seem explicit or personal...but YRF is just taking it wayyy too personally and making it soo obvious... YC as a person didnt have the rep of holding grudges against anyone...he had a goodwill amongst everyone in the industry because he was nice to everybody regardless of any professional conflict.s...so why not respect the man's ideals for his remembrance day and quit being so petty? ...

I wouldn't want to be invited to a dead person's bash either. What if I saw dead people there? Who'd be responsible for my 'sixth sense'? 😳

I heard with my own ears frm Kjo that it was Kajol who suggested Rani's name bcz all big heroines rejected that role , twinkle , Raveena and many more ... As i saw kjo saying it so it'll be the wastage of time to convince me ...even that name Tina was for Twinkle bcz that role was written for her but she rejected it

aditya was the one who saw Raja ki aayegi baraat and told karan abt rani...

It's not necessary that every thing media published is true...

Why is Rani called the best actress ever everywhere?? I don't get this hype about her or AB ever! Both are so boring and never enjoyed them in movies!

Kajol is way better. I loved her with SRK during my childhood. May be if I was in forums during my childhood, may be then I would have disliked Kajol hearing how she has so much attitude off screen like I have disliked DP after coming here and reading her articles! But now it's way too late! I loved her in all her movies!!

Hope she comes back with SRK again in a movie!

so Aditya always had a thing for Rani...i feel sorry for poor payal, why the heck did the jerk marry her?

i dunno if he had a thing for her back then...

but Kjo said tht aditya used to be a hardcore film buff and watch all the movies released each week...even the B or C grade films which Kjo used to find too tacky...so he was the one who saw Raja ki aayegi baraat first and recommended rani to Kjo...

I have supported Devgans throught this fiasco... Way YRF handled the whole situation nd especially didn't even invite Kajol for JTHJ premier was very tasteless... Ayways very wrong of saying it as Yash Raj Bday Bash LIKE WHAT!!!

Well .. I've always been a huge Kajol fan but have to admit that she has never done a role as strong as Rani's in Black .. for that matter, I can't think of any BW actress who has ever performed a role like that with so much authenticity ..

But leave aside their on-screen performances, they were never best buddies off-screen and more like, just acquaintances .. can't blame them .. it's not like they were first cousins or something .. we Indians have such extended families ... you are not close to everyone

And for that matter, Kajol have never been friends with anyone in BW except for SRK and KJo ... so why blame Rani only ...

The issue between YRF and Ajay's production company was started by the men ... Adi didn't want to give up screens and Ajay went to court .. instead of talking about these two, people directly started pointing fingers at Rani and discussing Kajol-Rani enemity .. that's sad .. men fight and women are blamed as instigators as if these men are 2 years olds who don't understand what they are doing

If YRF has issues with Ajay and they don't invite Kajol, then maybe it is actually YRF production team that doesn't wants Kajol .. let's not blame Rani
