Why am I seeing question marks in black colored barfis after every word in every topic that's being posted in the forum?😕😆 Anything wrong with IF?

for all the comas and apostrophes...its coming ? in diamond box...

Yeah all the article I posted today had the same thing,IF is becoming so shitty and also it doesnt have mobile version...all they do is update TRP ratings🤢
