Exactly! I feel that most ppl have been just waiting for a chance to put him down, building up their vengeance in their hearts for the 10+ years he ruled Bwood. Now, its always SRK vs. this and that. Ajay/Akshay/Sallu fans just gather around to put SRK down, whenever any one of those stars' movie releases around SRK's. I'd say though that 3I was a massy movie on its own too, just that it was better directed and had more content/message than you'd expect in any other avg. massy film.

But, this all is not to say that SRK should just keep doing massy movies. What he needs to do is take some time to reconsider his future films, and the way he wants to be 10 years from now. See, Amir was really clever to build his image as the "intelligent" actor in the recent past. Now, ppl have totally different expectations from an Amir film as compared to a Sallu film. I agree that he is too lenient with his friends, that he doesn't bother much about the script. He'll still do the role, if he doesn't believe in it with full conviction...honestly, his so called friends Farah, KJo, Aditya aren't trustworthy...I dunno, I feel they care more about tagging Shah in films for money purposes. 🥱

A viable solution for SRK could be to do more than one movie per year, if one is massy, then the other should be a more logical/thoughtful kind of movie. He'll be able to satisfy the creative side of himself too this way.

...but they sure as hell won't put those films on SRK's worst films list..I mean, as much as I enjoyed MHN, I don't think I would put it in my top 10 SRK films list either.

Yeah. Those 3 main groups unite against SRK..and sometimes Aamir too. I think only Hrithik fans support SRK, of the big stars. 3 Idiots was massy, but it was massy + intelligent. That's why I said content driven doesn't always mean serious. Sadly SRK is not bothered about trying to find that film. What guts? he doesn't really have any anymore. He says he wants to do 5 films that will be remembered but he doesn't think he has done those yet. So he thinks his current projects will be remembered 10 years later? 😕

He needs to balance. I don't care if he does 10 RS films next. But there should be something else in between too...and I don't mean, Adi, Karan, Farah. 🥱 Where is Farhan...please make SRK do something else...and for god's sake not Don 3!
SRK is too slow for 2 films a year now. He is way too busy doing...whatever else he is doing. I think Karan is trustworthy as a friend, but as a filmmaker SRK no longer fits in his world. I was happy that they both seemed to have realized that and agreed too but anyways I hope Karan falls in love with Ranbir and sticks to him only. Farah is only back because Shirish/Sajid are hated in industry & there's no other big star who will bother either. Adi. No comments. Ek DDLJ ka kabtak hisab lega?
