I've said it before and I'll say it again, Salman Khan's recent success has been mainly down to him releasing his movies on one of (if not the) best slot of the year, which is The Eid holiday, as everyone comes out in numbers to watch the movie,
It's no coincidence 4 out of his last 6 releases were blockbusters (ETT, bodyguard, Dabangg, Wanted) and it all started in 2009 for him with Wanted.
Now, Sharukh has and always will be a bigger star then Salman, this year with the King Khan releasing his movie for the first time on Eid it was always going to break and create new records, I actually made a topic a couple of months ago claiming SRK was going to beat Ek Tha Tigers record because of this and most of the Salman fans laughed it off.
Who's laughing now? 😳
