150 looks easy as of now. Opening record is impossible as it is a non holiday release. Yes it may break dabangg 2 opening record for a non holiday release.

It will have the same fate as SRK's last 3 releases ,only HIT in india😆 .The bad news is that the music of CE is worse than JTHJ .

People here tend to overanalyze everything abt SRK,including his fans and his haters (Haters a bit more obsessed wid the man)...

I don't expect any record breaking stuff from the movie..just want it to do well for his sake...

But i still applaud the man,even in his LOW phase,he is able to give 100 crore hits,something no other superstar has ever done👏

And i,as his fan,would want his to do some good meaningful films,for a change,1 more CDI,he will be back at the top

The trade expected CE to cross 100 crores over the weekend..now they are saying 80crore...It may be the music.

But lets not forget that promotions have yet to start full swing..

the buzz around d film seems low and even the music is not appreciable, so this film is at risk.. it will definitely be a hit but being a 150+, m not sure about that.

You have a point. Despite doing dull movies SRK has somehow managed to survive without going through a major rough patch business wise so far. That's amazing and rare for a career of 20 odd years or so

Like you said even I'm waiting for one sensible movie from him. It's high time he brought back the true actor in him. I'm still hung over on CDI and Swades

@HappyMelody My Mom's a staunch srk hater,she thinks he can only hammer.Bu the fun fact is her all time fav bollywood movie is swades😆.

She has at lest seen the movie 100 times and made me see it too.Such is the power of his performance

The music of Ra One and JTHJ were great. I still listen to Dildaara (yeah, it's not original) and Saans. CE has pathetic music but Rohit's movies have done well despite poor music.

CE looks like those Singham and RR type movies with more romance, so I can see it working. The benchmark for it isn't 3I (202), ETT (199), or even YJHD (180), it's Dabbang 2 (150) or Rowdy Rathod (135).
