he has got this much hype and fans only becos he had d ability to generate it.. its obvious that his performance nd looks in A2 reached a wider range of audience and ppl r going ga ga for him..

moreover, in the new list of youngsters,, be it sushant, sidhart, varun, ranveer, Aditya stands out in all the genres wid his very clean and charming image and wid wonderful screen presence..

If some ppl found his acting mediciore, then not a big deal, opinions do vary, and moreover greater proportion of ppl have given him a thumbs up.. i have read critics reviews too, where the title of the review itself was watch it for Aditya Roy Kapur, so i just wanted to say, he dint get all d appreciations out of the blue, he deserved it wid d complex character he carried onscreen wid conviction which could stimulate the emotions of the audience..

Again thts a fangirl speaking...i knw...bcs i hv done it before... 😆 u must know that Indiaforums normally have a very contradictory view was the real public say...bcs its members r very limited uptoa 100 ppl...th same ones...this ppl hv a certai frenzy...so first it ws Varun.Sid...then Sushant..and now ARK.. and just cuz Sushant and ARK get the maximum votes in polls here doesnt mean thr the famous ones..its justy means Pavitra Rishta Suhant fans r voting in this poll..same with ArK fans..most prob the fans of others r not even aware tht this forum exists...so yaa...

Anywys hv nothing against ARK..he is a fine actor...its just when he is given a status of a God...annoys me...i hv passed tht phase...so i knw... 😆

I don't get it either, haven't seen the movie, but from the trailer his acting isn't all that, his fangirls are praising him as if he is the next DiCaprio! Plus i don't find him good looking at all.

I don't agree actually.

ARK wasn't that good in YJHD but was way better in A2.

IDK,people have different perceptions or whatever,I found him better in A2 and not YJHD.Also,his persistent performance as an alcoholic disappointed me too :'(

donno bout others, but i personally wasnt a sushant-varun-or sid fan or in ur words fangirl, obviously, from these 3, sushant atleast knows acting nd the other two, d less i say is better..

u wana take my comment as a fangirl's, then sure go ahead, u r entitled wid ur opinion nd so m I..

nd if u r saying dat IF fans doesnt count so opinions like mine about Aditya doesnt amke a difference, then same thing is applicable to your opinion too.. so we shudnt give a shit about ur comment too.. and to conclude, be it 100 or 10 ppl in this website, they r humans, and their choice/opinions do matter, and yes add up to the total fanclub an actor posses..

If Aditya loses polls also, big deal, do u think that his fans will stop supporting him, and winning also doesnt make a big deal either becos BOX OFFICE speaks, and well Aditya atleast sopke in dat way as a solo male lead, and hopefully will continue to do so..😃

dats wat exactly, perceptions do vary and there shudnt b any query also..

but ppl r trying to impose one's opinion on other and when gets refuted says dat a fangirl is speaking, but they dont even look at their own collar ..

nd yes i agree wid u, his performance in A2 was better than YJHD, IMO..😳

i think his performance was really...good the movie was good too..well everybody has different opinions but mine is that i liked the movie and the lead pair...they did a fab job ARK is a good actor...

I felt it was a mediocre movie too. I mean okay, it was fairly watchable and the music was excellent but ARK has a long way to go. For a first performance, it was okay. I actually like the guy. But he really needs to work on his emotions, they really don't connect at all. Maybe with the right movies, he could become better and perhaps even become big. We should wait and watch.
