Mumbai, June 3 -- Deepika Padukone has a lot to celebrate this year. After Race 2 raked in the moolah at the box office, her latest release, Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, saw a bumper opening this Friday. It was reason enough for Deepika to throw a bash at her residence in Prabhadevi.

But cast and crew aside, the actor had a surprise guest drop by. A source, present at the party, reveals, "She was pleasantly surprised when Aamir Khan and his wife Kiran Rao walked in and congratulated her. Aamir even called up Karan Johar (producer) and Ayan Mukerji (director) to wish them on their film's success."

"Ranbir was also present at the party. Aamir hugged him and praised his work too. Also, a lot of people were heard telling Deepika that she's grown as an actor," the source adds. It seems the party, to which only a select few were invited, went on till the wee hours. "Aamir stayed on at the party till morning. The last time these guys partied so hard was at Karan's birthday party," the source says.
