I don't find it insulting tbh. What intention would he have in insulting ARK? He probably meant that the guy who used to mostly travel in auto rickshaws now owns a BMW, like common man to celebrity, rags to riches kinda thing, etc etc.

Though it's hard to believe that Siddharth Roy Kapur's brother would travel in auto-rickshaws. 😕
