Bubbly actress Puja Gupta is flying high after the success of her recent release Go Goa Gone and is now all set for her next, Shortcut Romeo.

The actress is clearly enjoying all the praise coming her way for the former. Puja smiles, "When I decided to sign Go Goa Gone, a lot of people advised me against it saying that it won't work and is a small-budget movie but I'm glad I proved everyone wrong. The movie is doing very well and even my mother, who I thought wouldn't understand the movie, loved it."
The promos of Shortcut Romeo are on air and the song Coca-Cola is gaining popularity. "Coca-Cola, sung by Himesh Reshammiya, is such a fun song, I'm sure the rickshawwallahs will freak out after hearing it and dedicate it to their girlfriends," she laughs. While the actress enjoys dolling up for her movies, she goes on to reveal that off-screen she is nothing like the glamorous characters she plays. Puja says, "If you see me off-screen I'm always in jeans, T-shirt and Kolhapuri chappals. I am not a fan of accessories but at times I sport an interesting neckpiece."
Right now Puja's schedule is packed with the promotions of Shortcut Romeo but she makes it a point to take some time off to indulge in her favourite things.
"I love watching movies and English shows. I also enjoy playing games on my iPad. If I find the time I catch up with friends over a movie or pamper myself by getting a massage at the spa," she says.
