I love Emirates too..amazing service..good food and ambiance..

Now if you need alcohol well no better airlines than AI..can't beat it...unlimited..I don't know if they put a limit now because of huge losses to the airline.

...perhaps more efficient would have been better than the younger staff. But I feel for her for having to travel by Air India. That alone is enough to ruin your mood for a while. 😆

Its the shittiest airline ever...without any competition.

Once we were flying to Paris from Delhi. We called the AI folks to ask them how early we should show up...they said some 2-3 hours. So we show up only to find out that they have given away our confirmed seats to other people and that the flight is full! After a lot of arguing they put us on some other flight to London, then Ireland, then Paris. Obviously they lost all our luggage as well and it took us thrice as long to get there. Terrible terrible.

Last time we were going to India and we just happened to ask how much the AI ticket was, our travel agent told us straight up that she'll tell us but can't guarantee we would ever reach India. 😳😆

Preity should have only made comments on service. She could have avoided controversy had she not commented on younger or older staff.

Anyway she'll soon know importance of "younger" employees when IIP sinks without a trace.

Those who themselves struggle to fit ageism in their profession need not make remarks on age in other professions.

It's the age word that is getting her flak. Not comments on AI only.
