Yeah, he said he likes to work with people who are equally passionate and hardworking...meaning Deepika put in as much effort as he does. I thought it implied none of his other costars have put in as much effort as he does.

Of course it can also be that they put in more effort than him, but I didn't get that feeling. 😆
