I wanted to see Ranbir and Kareena together...so for me it is good in a way

Ranbir has opted out of this one and seems like now Kareena as well. I was really hoping for both of them to act in a movie together. No news on Shuddhi either.

Kareena's upcoming line-up of films looks rather uninteresting. =/

That is true. Maybe its the sister roles she is afraid of, but Aishwarya and SRK played siblings in Josh. Not to mention, Hrithik and Katrina were to do a cameo in this film? So Kareena would have had a hero in Hrithik who is bigger than both Ranbir and Ranveer. Unless I read wrong.

I had a feeling this would happen. I think Kareena is scared she will be relegated to the hero ki behen roles if she does this...with Ranbir, they are siblings in real life so its okay, plus he's very popular too.

You know that's the first thing that came to my mind as well when news broke out of Ranveer.

I thought, shit, he's a young upcoming lead hero, is it really a good idea to be cast as his sister.

But then I though, what the hell, she should do that, and then in the next film be cast as Arjun Kapoor's heroine or something. Take chances, break stereotypes.

Just DO IT Kareena, its ZOYA AKHTAR! I've loved all her films.

I really hope she takes the plunge.
So far, I'm most excited about her film wtih Karan Malhotra and the one with Hashmi. This would be the cherry on top if only she says YES

its bebos loss with lootere and gundey ranveer will be in the A league and with gori tete pyar main bebo ll be a washout

ps I love Imran khan but I know GTPM wont work if she can work with him in a punit malhotra film ( which ll ve no script ) why is she rejecting a zoya film wjich is known for script and dialogues bad choice bebo

Kareena also has a film wtih Emran Hashmi under Dharma and Balaji and also a film with Hrithik.

That's not the problem.

Problem is perhaps a fear of being typecast in sister's role with an up and coming hot young actor. You know how most desis think. "Ab toh ye behenji ke roles me aa gayi hai" and other such nonsense.
