The excuse he uses is that if he looses his court case and is wrongfully convicted then he would have to leave his wife and maybe some infant kids. One shouldn't be put in that situation . So that is a good policy

i think it's because he has commitment issues! He has seen how his mom had to suffer when his dad married Helen!

The only time i believe he was sure to tie the knot was with Ash but things didn't turn the way he wanted and they broke off in the worst way possible!

he is definitely not gay!
