Is Jai actually doing JDJ or is he coming back with DID this season? He apparently went and promoted DID Moms a while back and he never said anything about JDJ. I'm more inclined to think he's going to do DID instead this time.

As COLORS gears up for another new season of Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa, the makers are offering something new to the audiences' right from the beginning.
The contestants this season shot at a very unusual location for the promo shoot instead of the regular studio set-up arrangement. For the first time ever, ourcontestants sweated it out in the heat and shot at a historic fort 60 kms on the outskirts of Mumbai. This historic fort that has already been part of many iconic movies like Josh, Khamoshi, Wanted and Kambakht Ishq got Jhalak's stamp of location as well.
Shooting at this striking outdoor location in the middle of the afternoon, the contestants were put through kadi pariksha much before they could even start their real pariksha of dance on the JDJ sets. Dancing to the tunes of Bombay Theme and Taal in slow motion, the contestants had fun shooting this unique looking promo for the show. The moves were a blend of fluidic, organic and breath-taking movements and the contestants will showcase various expressions like playfulness, shyness, love, romance, grace, euphoria, happiness, craziness, dreaminess, sadness and envy through these dances.
Also seen lending his magic touch to the promo shoot was famous Director of Photography (DOP) Manu Sharma who has shot for many Yashraj and Maneesh Sharma's films.
Dressed in various shades of royal blues and turquoise outfits that were embellished with beautiful copper and silver accessories the contestants looked absolutely royal and glam in the natural sunlight.
It will be quite difficult for the audiences to fathom what is more gleaming - the sunlight or our gorgeous contestants!

Not the ones to be left behind their Bollywood counterparts, our TV actors also love keeping abreast with the latest fashion trends. Recently, this was evident when Eijaz flaunted his creative side during the promo shoot of the soon to be aired Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa. As soon as Eijaz heard the concept of the promo, the stylish actor chose to design his look for the promo.
He then discussed the ideas with the designer who was impressed with his inputs and was more than happy to incorporate his inputs into the look. While the colour of his outfit was blue which was similar to all the other contestants, the personalized touch added a distinct feel in Eijaz's outfit. For the look, harem pants and a fashionable waist coat was teamed up with a flowing cape. With shades of sea blue-green and tattoos on his muscle, the actor managed to look his best even while the shooting in the scorching heat.
Maraju Sumanth and Sonali Majumdar, the two little salsa dancers who won the season four of "India's Got Talent" (IGT), will now be seen in the sixth edition of dance reality show "Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa" (JDJ).
The duo, who had impressed Karan Johar, Kirron Kher and Malaika Arora Khan - the judges of "India's Got Talent" with their whirlwind salsa moves, had won the grand finale of IGT last year.
Sonali, who hails from small town of Sholoardari at the India-Bangladesh border, and Sumanth will be seen competing with celebrities like singer Shaan, comedian Suresh Menon, TV actresses Drashti Dhami and Shweta Tiwari among others in JDJ.
The forthcoming season of "Jhalak..." will be judged by choreographer-director Remo D'Souza, actress Madhuri Dixit and filmmaker Karan Johar.
From donning a boy-next-door to a serious look, actor Karanvir Bora has been seen in various avatars on television.
The actor has now gone a step ahead and will be seen in an interesting warrior prince look in the promos of the new season of India's biggest celebrity dance reality show- Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa on COLORS.
Karanvir will be participating in the upcoming season of JDJ will be seen wearing a royal blue spiky jacket with an edgy hand-gear in the promo that describes poetry in dance and will bring forth different shade of human emotions. Not just that, the entire attitude and style with which the actor performed his act with, reminded everyone of a Russel Crowe from Gladiator prowling on the sets.
Karanvir who is a trained dancer is looking forward to giving a tough competition to his peers on JDJ. The actor already looked very confident about his dancing prowess during the shoot.
So let's wait and watch if the actor exhibits the same confidence on the show as well!
