The hero is an honest engineer who gets murdered by his corrupt bosses on his wedding night. His best friend who is a doctor, is advised by another friend to keep his brain a freezer. The hero's wife/fiance eventually goes mad with grief and has an accident resulting in brain damage. The doctor friend decides to replace her brain with the one in his freezer. The heroine "becomes" the hero and avenges his own murder.
