You demand proof from everyone poohpoohing everything we post.

Prove it, where did you get the info?

Were you in the courtroom during trial? Are you a journalist, media representative? Did you hear the court pass the judgement? Which sections of laws were qouted? r you a part of the legal councel team of SD? or a part of the PP team?

You seem to declarewhatever you want as "fact".

What sort of proof you need? Demonstrate by showing yours.

What Nkapoor provided is a FACT. You might not like it, but it doesn't change history and facts. Sanjay Dutt was given a clean bill in the TADA case, thereby clearing him of any terrorist charges. He was tried for possession of illegal fire-arms. FACT

Sunil Dutt helped, he delayed court hearings. These are NOT FACTS. Very likely to be true, but NOT FACTS.

Blood on his hands is all hogwash. Its as likely that he just wanted to act cool by owning an AK as it is that he was conspirator. Depends on what side of the fence you're on. When did SD win a national award, news to me.

GW, no one really disputed that. IF you had bothered to go thourgh 13 pages, you would have seen , me, who seems to be the main opponent never denied it. But there were other facts too. the retired chief of police in mumbai went on record saying how Sunil Dutt pleaded the case for his son. That also is a FACT. A Valid discussion is only possible when both the sides are open to reading the other sides opinion and facts they provide.

It is a FACT we are all posting our opinion and it is a FACT that NKapoor is trying to shove her opinion in the name of FACT.

All the while she is demanding proof when her opening statement is a copy paste job from some article

Yup, terrorist charges has been dropped
Quite a relief, its different thing if other forgive or not, he would have never able to forgive himself and move ahead in live if this charges were true and even proved.
But he accepted he's guilty of illegal legal arms charges
