IT was two separate charges.. Illegal Arms act and TADA (Terrorist and Disruptive activities) Act. He was convicted in the Illegal Arms act and released from TADA. SO.. yeah.. he is still a convicted felon.

He is not a terrorist its a fact

I know! But people are claiming that his weapons were used to harm someone! which is not true!

No he is not a terrorist and I don't think anyone is calling him that...He is a criminal though...

He was convicted in TADA too, but his father pulled strings to drop that charge.

sanju jawaani ke josh mein bas hosh kho baitha.. he kept those weapons to show off to his friends.. naadaan tha aur kuch ni.. bas pachta ra hai.. ye to hota rehta hai..

I cannot believe people are actually making topics supporting this guy and what for, only 3.5 yrs of the remaining punishment, which is nothing.

He is not a terrorist, but he consorted with them, and stocked up weapons. Its aiding and abetting terrorists.
