I partially agree with you because their are many other criminals who have done heinous and worst crimes then Sanjay Dutt and they are roaming around freely!

Justice should be done to all and not just one!

There are so many bigger criminals in our country like the rapists who should be punished, and the people who helped in killing Sikhs in the 1984 riots are also wandering around freely. How about our law system and media pays attention to them? Sanjay Dutt's wrongdoings are not even as terrible.. compared to what these other people did.

There are criminals who get away scot free is no excuse for letting others who committed a crime go.

Its preposterous idea.

Loads of rapists get away scot free, so let go of the delhi rape accused as well?

Somewhere and at some point justice needs to be done.

Not going to write long lecture. Just in simple words. All criminals deserved their punishment. It does not matter they are big star or normal people like us.

he will and he should do the exact same things which other 53yr old criminals are doing in the jail...

age is not a criteria to serve the punishment...if it had been, then all the criminals - in and out of jail, at and bove 50 should be let go...and that doesn't make any sense...does it?
